We give you a flat written quote before the job starts, and the number doesn't move unless you change the scope. The only honest way to give you a real estimate is to walk the roof.

Yes. Idaho and Washington State contractor registration plus general liability and workers comp. We'll send copies before any work starts if you want to see them. We'd rather you ask than not.

Yes. We work with your adjuster, document the damage, and tell you straight what's covered and what isn't. If the right call is a repair instead of a replacement, that's what we'll say.

Most homes are done in one to two days once the materials show up. Bigger or more involved jobs (steep pitch, synthetic shake, full metal) can run three to four. We'll tell you up front what to plan for.
